Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mockvia, operated at mockvia.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13 years of age or older to use Mockvia. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Plans & Billing

  • The Free plan is limited to 3 interviews per month.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically.
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for partial months of service.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Acceptable Use

Mockvia is a practice tool intended for honest interview preparation. You agree NOT to:

  • Use Mockvia to cheat dishonestly in real interviews (e.g., to generate live answers during an actual interview).
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its AI systems.
  • Use Mockvia for any unlawful purpose or to harm others.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Mockvia is a practice tool. We are not responsible for job outcomes, including offers extended or denied, hiring decisions, or any results of real interviews. AI-generated feedback may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as professional career advice.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including misuse of the service, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior. Where appropriate, we may do so without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Mockvia, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by us. You retain ownership of your resume and answers; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Mockvia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mockvia and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost opportunities arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
